The ruins of the Anakopia fortress in Abkhazia are located at an altitude of 344 meters at the top of the Anakopia (Iverskaya) mountain in Novy Afon. The fortress survived more than one siege of the Romans, Byzantines, Persians, Arabs, Turks, etc. There is a stunning view opening from the top of the mountain.
