Chairman of the Supreme Council of the World Abaza Congress Mussa Ekzekov addressed the Abaza people and congratulated everyone on the New Year and Christmas. He noted that in the last 2018 a great and important job has been done for the benefit of the Abkhaz-Abaza ethnic group.

“In the realities of the modern world, the problems of preserving the unique Abkhaz-Abaza language, the ancient traditions and customs of the Abaza people are becoming more and more urgent. It is important not to stop at what has been accomplished, to continue work on creating a single ethnocultural space, to pay special attention to the development of language, culture and traditions, to help create conditions for intensive communication between representatives of the family of the Abaza people,” the congratulation text says.

Ekzekov stressed that thanks to the daily work of a large and friendly team, more and more people are enlightened and become active participants in events and projects organized by the WAC and ANO “Alashara”.

The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the WAC expressed confidence that in the new year of 2019 each representative of the Abaza people would have “the desire to make this world even better, bring goodness, love and creation in the name of the development of the Abkhaz-Abaza ethnic group”.

“Together we will achieve all the goals!” - Mussa Ekzekov is convinced.

In conclusion, Ekzekov congratulated everyone on the holiday, which is considered a family one and gives people a great opportunity to spend it in a circle of loved ones. He wished the families good health, happiness, prosperity, peace and good.
