A local branch of the WAC was opened in the village of Arasadzykh.
A local branch of the World Abaza Congress was opened in the village of Arasadzykh, Ochamchira district. Asida Vouba was appointed head of the branch. The LB also included: Zinaida Chkhamalia, Ruslan Gogia, Tsira Tsugba, Marina Pachulia, Raisa Tsulukia, Ramin Kadzhaya.
