A local branch of the World Abaza Congress was opened in the village of Otap, Ochamchira district. Ruslan Kutelia headed the department. The local branch included: Sabrina Khalvash, Dato Kutelia, Mimoza Karkhalava, Remzik Adleyba, Rembo Adleyba, Violetta Kutelia, Slema Kutelia, Ilona Bodzhgua, George Adleiba.
