The WAC department for work with local branches held an intensive course on basic military training for students from Mgudzyrkhua village Secondary School.

A tour through the military unit was organized for the students. Afterwards, the students, together with the organizers, went to the "Abkhazian Shooting Club". There they received theoretical instruction on handling weapons, and as part of the shooting training with an instructor, they learned how to stand, aim, hold a weapon and shoot correctly.

The WAC project on basic military training is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Abkhazia and the "Abkhazian Shooting Club".
