The event was organized by the State Committee of the Republic of Abkhazia for Youth and Sports together with the World Abaza Congress and the Representative Office of the World Youth Festival Directorate in Abkhazia.
The key goal of the initiative is to familiarize Abkhazian citizens aged 14 to 35 with new grant opportunities delivered specially for them.
The decision to allow Abkhazian citizens to participate in the competition alongside Russian citizens was made last August.
