Over the past week, 116 cases of coronavirus infection were detected in Abkhazia. 1013 people passed the COVID-19 test. This was announced by the Operational Headquarters for the Protection of the Population from Coronavirus Infection.
According to the Operational Headquarters, at the moment, there are 32 patients in the Gudauta Central District Hospital, of which 19 people with confirmed coronavirus infection. There are 6 people in serious condition, 18 patients of moderate severity. There are 16 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 in the Sukhum Infectious Diseases Hospital, 5 in the Ochamchira Central District Hospital, 3 in the Tkuarchal Central District Hospital, 11 in the Gagra Central District Hospital
“The total number of detected cases of coronavirus in Abkhazia today is 12977 people. 203 deaths were registered. 12420 people have recovered,” the HQ informs.
The Operational Headquarters for the Protection of the Population from Coronavirus Infection calls on the citizens of Abkhazia to observe all necessary precautions to avoid infection.
