The WAC team continues to conduct trainings on the provision of emergency medical care in schools of Abkhazia. Together with the specialist of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Indira Amichba, a training was held with students in the village of Aatsy, Primorskoye, Gudauta district. Schoolchildren were told how to properly provide first aid for burns, loss of consciousness, bruises, fractures, and bleeding. In the practical part of the training, the students had the chance to demonstrate their skills. With the help of the Ministry of Emergency Situations expert, they measured the pulse, learned how to put a bandage and do an indirect heart massage.
