Mussa Ekzekov awarded the badge of honor "For Services to St. Petersburg."
A ceremony presenting state awards and incentives from the President of the Russian Federation to outstanding residents of St. Petersburg was held at Smolny. Governor Alexander Beglov presented the badge of honor "For Services to St. Petersburg" to Mussa Ekzekov, Deputy Chairman of the People's Assembly of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and Chairman of the Supreme Council of the WAC.
Awards were also received by representatives of science, culture, education, industry, and medicine. As the Governor noted, everyone in their positions is doing everything possible to ensure the country lives and prospers.
"I am grateful for the appreciation of the work of our team in the Northern Capital. It is especially encouraging that the presentation took place as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Grand Canyon development area. We will continue our work for the benefit of St. Petersburg and its residents," said Mussa Ekzekov.
A total of 64 awards were presented during the event.
