The tragedy in the sky over the Lata village is one of the most horrible episodes of the war.
Staff of the Sukhum office of the WAC together with the Department of Youth and Sports of the town of Sukhum, the Youth Association of Abkhazia "Apeipsh" with the support of the Special Purpose Center of the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia, honoured the memory of those perished in the sky over Lata on the day of remembrance of the victims of the tragedy.
