The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Abkhazia awarded PWPA volunteers from St. Petersburg.
On the anniversary of the March Offensive, volunteers from St. Petersburg who took part in the Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia 1992-1993 were awarded medals from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Abkhazia.
Andrey Erglis, Vladislav Shudnev, Dmitry Turygin, Gennady Tishunin, Sergey Krylov, Sergey Nikonorov, Anatoly Gromov, Alfret Zalyalov and Alexander Ryzhev were awarded medals "For Military Valor".
The award was held as part of the evening of the Abkhaz-Abaza culture in St. Petersburg.

The purpose of the event was to unite representatives of the Abkhaz-Abaza Diaspora living in St. Petersburg.
An exciting concert program was held for the guests, which included national songs, dances and much more.
