March 4 is the day of remembrance of two presidents.
March 4 is the day of remembrance of the first President of Abkhazia, Vladislav Ardzinba, and the birthday of the second President, Sergei Bagapsh. Staff of the World Abaza Congress took part in the flower-laying ceremony at the memorial in the village of Nizhnyaya Eshere and the monument in Dzhgerda.
