WAC continues master classes on national games
Master classes on national sports games were held at the Ochamchira Boarding School and at the Pakuash Secondary School.
The head of the WAC Department for Youth Development and Physical Culture, Valery Berzeniia, told in detail about the rules of the national game “Aimtsakiachara”. Then, dividing into two teams, the high school students played a competitive game. The result of the master classes will be a tournament on the Abkhazian national games, which will be held in May of this year. It will gather the best teams and determine the winner of the national games.
Medical examination of schoolchildren in the village of Khuap.
Another medical examination of schoolchildren took place in the village of Khuap, Gudauta region. All schoolchildren and their teachers underwent a full examination by multidisciplinary specialists.
The Congress team and doctors from the Ministry of Health of the Republic showed professionalism, knowledge and provided attention and care to every little resident of the village who wished to undergo a medical examination. 70 people were examined and, if necessary, were referred for further examination.
The project is aimed at providing qualified medical care to students and teachers of rural schools in Abkhazia.
