"Letters of War": Naduscha Argun's suicide letter addressed to her deceased son
The World Abaza Congress launched the "Letters of War" project ("Аибашьра асаламшәҟәы" - ed.). The project brings together letters from participants and witnesses of the war, addressed to relatives and friends. The stories of the war years are read out by the WAC employees. The project is symbolically launched on the day of the beginning of the Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia. Videos will be published every three days on social networks and on the official website of the Congress until September 30th.
The WAC took part in the events dedicated to the Volunteer's Day.
The Congress team honored the memory of the volunteers who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of Abkhazia. Solemn events dedicated to the Day of the Volunteer were held in Gudauta, where during the Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia the headquarters of the Confederation of Mountain Peoples of the Caucasus was located.
