The WAC conducted career guidance training in the village of Achandara.

The modern world of professions is diverse, it is expanding and changing year after year. How to choose a job that is to one’s liking and by vocation, which career direction to develop and where to study - well-conducted vocational guidance helps teenagers find answers to important questions.

The WAC Department for Education, Health and Social Activity held another career guidance training at the Secondary School in the village of Achandara, Gudauta region. Invited guests of the training are ASU Faculty of Arts student Amina Adzhindzhal, Agroengineering Faculty student Aynar Bagateliia, Physics and Mathematics Faculty student Nestor Kaslandziia, and MGIMO Faculty of International Journalism graduate Naala Chkadua. The guests, together with the head of the OSAZ WAC Izolda Khagba and department specialist Naur Khishba, socialised with schoolchildren and told about their experience in education and employment in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The children showed keen interest in the topic, participated in the discussion, and asked questions. For many of them, this was their first such conversation. At the end of the training, schoolchildren were given leaflets with information about the conditions of admission and study at colleges, as well as contact information.

The career guidance project is aimed at promoting various areas of professional higher and secondary specialized education. This is the fourteenth training since the beginning of the project.
