Presentation of a collection of Abkhazian folk dance music was held in Sukhum
In addition to musical notations of Abkhazian folk melodies, the collection also includes his own works. The book was presented as part of the XXV Republican competition of children's and youth choreographic groups of Abkhazia "Аӡыхь".
Schoolchildren were told about the traditions of equestrianism within the framework of the “Ирӡтәым” project.
Within the “Ирӡтәым” framework, another lecture was held by the honored teacher of Abkhazia, the headmaster of the Zvandripsh Secondary School, Dzhuma Gabunia, dedicated to the traditions of Abkhazian horsemanship. More than sixty schoolchildren from four schools of the Gudauta district became listeners. They gathered in the “Apsny Park” National Ethnopark in the village of Mgudzyrkhva.
This is already the sixth lecture of the “Ирӡтәым” project. All of them are devoted to the culture, traditions and history of the Abkhazian people, as well as the popularization of the moral and ethical code of the Abkhazians - Apsuara.
"Ирӡтәым" (in translation from the Abkhaz - "what cannot be lost") is a joint project of the WAC with the teacher of the Department of the Abkhaz language at the Abkhazian State University Inna Dzhugelia. Curator from the Congress is Esma Kvitsinia. The project was launched in March 2023.
